    Klein aber fein

    Die Lage ist super, ruhig aber in zehn Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Prima ist die Lösung mit dem Türcode. So muss man keinen Schlüssel mitschleppen. Und es gibt im Bad ausreichend Haken für Handtücher etc. Das hat man nicht oft.

    Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig und die Schiebetür quietscht. Im kleinen Zimmer könnte man noch ein dunkles Plissee anbringen um es zu verdunkeln. Und über Fliegenfenster könnte man nachdenken um auch abends die Fenster öffnen zu können wenn man noch vorm Fernseher sitzt.

    Schöne kleine FeWo mit guter Ausstattung und guter Lage.

    Gute Ausstattung, modernes Bad, alles was man unbedingt braucht ist vorhanden, idealer Startpunkt für Harztouren.

    Im kleinen Zimmer wäre eine Steckdose am Bett sinnvoll, bei Regenwetter wird es etwas eng in der Wohnung.
