Ideal für kleine Kurzurlaube
Die FeWo liegt in absoluter Nähe zur historischen Krämerbrücke, im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich mit sehr engen Strassen, Gassen (jedoch mit Pkw befahrbar). Erster Zugang zur Wohnung ungewöhnlich aber gut beschrieben, danach Zugang mit Schlüssel. Parkplätze fast ausschliesslich für Anwohner mit Parkgenehmigung nutzbar. Großraumparkplätze (kostenpflichtig) aber auch Parkplätze am Strassenrand der Hauptstrasse sind fußläufig in 5-10 min erreichbar (auch easyPark). Gut ausgestattete sehr saubere und sehr ruhige FeWo, (Schalensessel nicht sehr bequem) mit ebenerdiger Dusche und was sonst für einen Kurzurlaub nützlich ist. Im Badezimmer wären ein paar Haken von Vorteil. Restaurants, Gaststätten je nach Gusto fussläufig erreichbar. Das Café Füchsen (ideal zum Frühstücken) liegt nur ca. 30 Meter von dem Hauseingang des FeWo-Komplexes entfernt.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Wohnung auch weiter empfehlen.
Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut und auch die Parkplatzfindung war leichter als gedacht.
Als einziges hat eine Matte im Bad gefehlt, um nicht mit nassen Füßen nach dem Duschen auf dem Boden zu stehen. Ein Griff in der Dusche für alte Leute wie mich wäre auch sehr schön.

The location is excellent, right next to the river Gera and 5 minutes to the Krämerbrücke. The room was spacious and had modern furniture, one felt comfortable. A small kitchen was attached, with all basic amenities.
