    Das Bad war sehr schmutzig. Allgemein war die Wohnung nicht besonders sauber. Auch das Geschirr in der Küche musste man erst spülen da es nicht sauber war.

    Es gab direkt vor dem Haus, in Sichtweite, einen Parkplatz. Das Bad war sehr klein. Für mich als kleine Person aber ausreichend. Für meine Angelegengeiten, Schlafen, Duschen, Frühstücken, war die Wohnung vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich könnte mir vorstellen wiederzukommen.

    Freundlicher Empfang, aber stark vernachlässigte und schmutzige Unterlunft sowie fehlende Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde

    Die Eigentümerin war freundlich und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Die Lage der Unterkunft war in Ordnung.

    Die Unterkunft befand sich in einem insgesamt ungepflegten und unhygienischen Zustand. Das Bad war massiv von Schimmel befallen, es lagen Haare herum, die Duschwände waren stark verkalkt und in mehreren Bereichen war deutlicher Staub vorhanden. Auch die Küche war offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Das Bett war durchgelegen und bot keinen Schlafkomfort. Für den gezahlten Preis von 170 € war dies nicht akzeptabel. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass auf meine schriftliche Reklamation und Fotodokumentation bislang keinerlei Reaktion erfolgt ist.
