Sehr gut mit kleinen Abstrichen
Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut - auch die Küchenausstattung. Betten sind bequem. Tiefgarage vorhanden mit festem Stellplatz. Von Bügelbrett bis Wäscheständer war alles da.
Es war leider nicht ganz so sauber, wie es normalerweise sein sollte. Im Bad lagen in einem Körbchen noch verschmutzte Ohrenstäbchen und Wattepads der Vormieter. Zudem war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken nicht frei (sollte mal gesäubert werden). Und weil das so oft angegeben wurde: ja die Toilette ist ein wenig niedrig, aber wirklich nicht viel.

Die Lage war super, vor allem mit Kindern. Sehr zentral und strandnah.
Das Badezimmer war leider schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Toilette hat nach Urin gerochen. Der Balkon war leider nicht sauber.
