    The location, a parking enough for 2 cars, everything clean, great bathroom. (A bed in the living room would suit only for a person not taller than 175cm) The kitchen is perfectly equipped. All possible tools you could only wish to have are there. Also spices, some vinegar, salt, sugar, etc.
