  Für 1-2 Tage Kurztrip geeignet, da gute Lage aber veraltete/defekte Möbel

  Die Lage der Wohnung innerhalb Berlins ist sehr gut und fußläufig zur S-Bahn. Parkplätze für Externe sind vorhanden, aber es wird kostenintensiv bei längerer Standzeit. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für einen 1-2 Tage Kurztrip, aber nicht länger als ein paar Tage. Ein Minimum an Küchenutensilien und Grundausstattung vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war in unserem Falle, bis auf etwas Staub, völlig i.O. Leider war vieles anderes negativ.

  Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist trotz Altbau recht hellhörig. Zu allem Überfluss waren immer noch Renovierungsarbeiten gegenüber inklusive Lärm und Dreck im Hausflur bzw. der Wohnung direkt gegenüber. Das Hauptproblem aber, siehe auch andere Bewertung ist, dass das Interior inkl. Küche, aber v.a. Dusche und wirklich ausnahmslos ALLE Möbel veraltet und/oder defekt sind!! U.a. sind uns folgende Punkte aufgefallen bzw. missfallen: Betten v.a. die Ausziehcouch sind vollkommen durchgelegen und nahezu unbrauchbar bei einem Aufenthalt länger als 1-2 Tage, Duschtür defekt und undicht, Schlafzimmertür schließt nicht (verzogen), keine Fliegengitter, im Tisch steckte ein Küchenmesser zur Halterung!, Lampe über Kuchenzeile war lose und flackerte, Steckdose im Bad defekt, nur 1 kleines Küchentuch wenn selbst gespült werden muss ...

  Lovely location, clean apartment, good communication. Overall a good stay

  Well situated, lovely street in a quiet neighbourhood. Compact apartment for three people which is just what is needed.

  Buenas ubicación y espacio reducido.

  La ubicación, a una parada del centro.

  El alojamiento está ubicado en un bajo en Alemania, lo que hacía que el ambiente resultara bastante húmedo. El espacio era algo reducido para cuatro personas; al abrir el sofá cama, quedaba muy limitado el uso de la cocina. Además, la ducha era bastante pequeña y habría agradecido un mayor nivel de limpieza.

  What a base

  I liked so much! First, the communications with the owner leading up to my visit and then the check-in video - so simple. The apartment is in quiet street, is so perfect. The TV had one remote control instead of very often 2 and it worked! Washing machine (I needed to wash everything to carry on my trip) was so simple to use as was the microwave. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in and I've made many bookings on booking.com Everything was super clean and the bathroom that was nice to use. Every cupboard / drawer has what you need. The location worked very well for me - just one stop to Bellevue on the many trains from the main station and then a simple walk. There's a good supermarket nearby and some places to eat at. Next time I or anyone I know is in Berlin this is the place to stay
