Kleine, ausreichend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnsiedlung am Obersalzberg
Große Terrasse hinter und neben dem Haus. Unsere Fahrräder konnten problemlos am Haus stehen und die Terrasse war von außen mit den Rädern zu erreichen. Fliegenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und Fensterläden zum Schutz auch vor Hitze. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Zusatzausstattung wie Spülmittel, Lappen, Putzmittel und Tüten waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem und es war alles da, was man braucht. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren sauber und vorhanden. Direkt vor der Tür war eine Bushaltestelle. Die Busse fuhren bis ca 18.00 Uhr. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung per WhatsApp, Mail oder Telefon war schnell und Probleme wurden sofort beseitigt. Mountainbiker können einen Weg abseits der Straße in die Stadt nutzen und sind in 5 Min an den Watzmannthermen, am Bergwerk oder am ersten Restaurant- der Rückweg geht allerdings steil berghoch.
Gegen Nachmittag war es an der Straße Richtung Dokumentation Obersalzberg oft laut, da die Autos schnell hoch und runter fuhren. Es war oft schwierig einen Parkplatz am Haus zu bekommen, besonders mit einen großen Auto. Zur Info: In dem Haus sind 3 Ferienwohnungen und mehrere Dauermieter. Das Bad war wirklich sehr klein. Bei 3 Wochen Aufenthalt sollte ein 3. Handtuchpaket mit bestellt werden- gerade im Sommer!

Passable. Clean & tidy, however would not use again.
In a great location with good facilities in the property, washing machine is available however is shared and costs additional. Hosts contact was good with clear instructions. Wifi was strong and reliable.
The bed and in particular the pillows were very uncomfortable. The main couch was also not comfortable and not great to watch a film in the evening. No basic condiments were provided and on check-out, explicit instructions not to leave any. Some sugar/Oil/salt & pepper would really be handy. The instructions in the property were only in German, so had trouble understanding, The bins outside, well there was only 2 and the instructions said to divide between the 4 types. so that was challenging.
