Gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge ins Erzgebirge
Die Wohnung ist schön groß und liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Sie ist praktisch, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack, eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind nicht hochwertig, aber neu und funktionabel. Es war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist direkt am Wald. Praktische Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Schlüsseltresor.
Die Wohnumgebung ist nicht besonders einladend und man fühlt sich um 40 Jahre zurück versetzt. Schlechte Straßenzustände und die Nachbarn stehen vor der Tür...., sind aber nicht unfreundlich. Die Badewanne hat einen sehr hohen Einstieg und ist sehr eng. Bequemes duschen geht anders. Das Waschbecken ist sehr niedrig, genauso wie das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer. Der Ort an sich bietet nicht viel. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind ein paar Autominuten entfernt.

The location is perfect! It is quiet and close to beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and in winter the skiing tracks and slopes. This area is absolutely stunning! The flat is light and spacious. The flat is renovated and clean. Everything you would need is provided. Beds are comfortable. The instructions provided by the owner were easy to follow. I think some communication issues were caused or delayed by booking.com, but it all worked out perfectly fine. I missed the upfront payment as I thought that my credit card would automatically be charged by booking.com. I got a friendly reminder and transferred the remaining amount immediately. This could have caused dramas, but it didn't.. so again, credits to the owner! There are some DVDs and board games provided. I loved that there would be sleighs provided in winter! Parking is free in front of the house. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you for providing such a gem!
There was nothing to not like. If you are not fit, it's on the third floor, so you have to get up several flights of stairs. But the reward is a nice view.
