    Perfect spot in a lovely village

    The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a lovely view of the medieval wall and castle from the balcony. Bacharach is small, so it's easy to walk to absolutely everything. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals (note there is only one shop in the village). The staff were great, allowing us to check in early as we had arrived on an earlier train. Like most spots in Bacharach, you can hear the trains go by at night, especially if you have the windows open. So, you might want to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

    schöner Ort, gute Lage, angenehme Wohnung, Vermieter fragwürdig

    Lage am Rand des Zentreums; alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

    Wer eine Unterkunft möchte, in der man keinen perönlichen Kontakt zuum Vermieter hat, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, v. a. Spinnweben hinter den Vorhängen und auf den Fensterbänken. Fußböden so lala. Der Vermieter hat die Abspache zur Bezahlung nicht eingehalten. Entgegen der Angabe im Text auf booking.vom, wonach der4 Reisepreis am Tag vor der Abreise zu zahlen ist, verlangte er kurz vor der Anreise eine Anzahlung von mehr als der Hälfte des Preises bei der Ankunft und den Rest einen Tag vor dere Abreise. In meinen Augen recht dreist.
