    Disappointed - never again.

    Clean, employees friendly.

    Falls advertising. advertised: breakfast included, a/c, 24 hrs front desk, spa (sauna) included. In reality : breakfast is CHF39 per person, no a/c, front desk is opened 07:00-23:00, they charge CHF45 per person per day. Also I was double taxed for city tax. Without a/c, was forced to open windows. Cooling is only early in the morning. At night can’t sleep, sweating, noisy with windows opened. My windows were across their restaurant with people screaming, laughing, car doors slamming, engines revving until 03:00-04:00 in the morning. Have to mention that not every day, only Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night into Monday morning. TV has almost 100 channels. Only 2 in english, and those are news. Bath towels are just a thin fabric. Very little water absorption. Kind of fabric i have in my kitchen for hand towel.
