Super unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Selbst an Kinder ist gedacht und alles sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Kann ich nur empfehlen. TOP!

Mein zweites Kommen im Sommer hat sich gelohnt: Parks und kleine Seen sind wunderbar zum Entspannen.
Da ich schon im Januar in demselben Gebäude übernachtete, wusste ich, dass mein jetziges Apartment im Erdgeschoss ganz neu eingerichtet worden war. Das Gebäude ist auch von außen ansprechbar - und nur wenige Minuten vom Hbf Chemnitz entfernt. Zur Stadtmitte braucht man zu Fuß etwa 20 - 30 Minuten, aber man kann auch mit dem Bus fahren. In der Nähe des Hauses wurde gerade LIdl renoviert, aber die Fenster haben relativ dicht geschlossen und ab 17 Uhr war es ruhig. Besonders erwähnenswert: Die Wohnung ist an den Wänden und auch auf den Kommoden wunderbar geschmückt, da die Besitzerin eine bildende Künstlerin ist. Die verschiedenen Kunstmuseen in und um Chemnitz sind mit den Bussen gut erreichbar.
