  Beautiful location and clean apartment, but disappointing comfort and unwelcoming hospitality.

  The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering convenient access to the Ötztal region. The surroundings were peaceful, and the property itself had considerable potential for an enjoyable family holiday.

  Unfortunately, the apartment remained uncomfortably cold throughout our four-night stay, despite the radiator controls being turned to maximum. During the first two days and nights, there was practically no heating, and afterwards the radiators became only slightly warm for limited periods. We have photographs documenting the radiator settings. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable on the first night. After we reported the problem through Booking.com, the hosts replaced the mattress and provided a topper, which we appreciated. However, our biggest disappointment was the hospitality. When we reported the mattress problem, the host confronted us in person about why we had contacted them through Booking.com instead of privately via WhatsApp. We found this approach unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. After checkout, the hosts claimed that we had simply failed to turn up the radiators, despite our photographs showing otherwise. They subsequently offered a different explanation, suggesting that the heating system might automatically switch off depending on the outdoor temperature. What disappointed us most was not that problems occurred, but how they were handled. Rather than feeling welcomed and supported as guests, we felt that raising legitimate concerns resulted in defensive and unpleasant interactions.

  Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohung in toller Lage

  Eine Top Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl! Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die tolle Lage mit einem unglaublichem Ausblick. Zudem waren wir von den toll angelegten Aussenanlagen begeistert (Schwimmteich, Hunde-Badeteich).

  Knus appartementje met uitzicht op de bergen

  Een heerlijk rustige locatie aan het einde van de weg boven op deze berg. Stilte! En uitzicht op de bergen. Schoon appartementje in groot huis met meerdere appartementen van alle noodzakelijke gemakken voorzien. Dit appartement had een terras (anderen een balkon) en veel en goede ruimte om buiten te zijn. Zoals een ligweide aan een zwemvijver. Vanuit het huis direct diverse wandelingen te maken. Alles wel de met dalen en klimmen! Goed en makkelijk contact met de eigenaren.
