    Betten zu hart, Tiefgarage zu eng, der Weg zum Strand und zum Einkaufen steiler Berg

    Die Wohnung ist modern und offen. Die Lage auf dem Berg für ältere Menschen eventuell zu beschwerlich. Auch die Stufen vom Staßenniveau zum Wohnungseingang. Individuelle Kleinigkeiten, die ich gerne gehabt hätte, habe ich bei der Abreise angesprochen. Ansonsten hat mir der Aufenthalt gefallen.

    Die Lage auf dem Berg für ältere Menschen eventuell zu beschwerlich. Auch die Stufen vom Staßenniveau zum Wohnungseingang. P-Platz in der Tiefgarage für normale PKW nicht nutzbar. Stellplätze an der Strasse ( zu meiner Zeit wegen Bauvorhaben) kostenlos, aber konnte mein Auto während des Aufenthaltes nicht bewegen, weil ich sonst keinen P-Platz mehr gefunden hätte.

    Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt.

    Die Doppelparkgarage ist eine absolute Fehlkonstruktion in Bezug auf Einfahrt und Ausfahrt. Es hat schon einen Grund, warum jeder versucht außerhalb der Wohnanlage einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Selbst als geübte und gute Autofahrer ist die Ein und Ausfahrt eine große Herausforderung. Die vielen Lacksreifen an der Ausfahrt sprechen für sich.
