Fern Howe Guest House is a strictly nonsmoking and vaping property, to include all internal and external areas. As depicted in the photos, the Single Mountain (Fell) View Room; the Family Mountain (Fell) and Garden View Suite; and the Twin Mountain (Fell) and Garden View Room all have some areas with reduced ceiling height, due to their location on the top floor of the building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
