    Fantastic location and lots of room for a group of 4. Rather step hill and steps up to property.

    Close to the centre and amazing views.

    Mattresses were not the comfiest, the bunk beds were very wobbly! Lack of utensils in the kitchen for 4 let alone 6. Rear garden needs a little tlc.

    Great house for stay in Dartmouth with breath taking views!

    Location with excellent views of the River Dart from all floors. Cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen,comfortable beds and hotel quality towels. Lovely walk into town and only five minutes to the car park with permit provided. Pleased to see issues with outside seating areas had been addressed.

    Bedrooms would benefit from blackout blinds as the venetian ones there need updating and rooms very bright in the morning.

    Location and view

    The kitchen was dirty. We didn’t use It. The back garden outside space was really untidy and not ready for us to use so it really impacted our stay. Very unfortunate.
