Nette Wohnung ohne Außenbalkon
Eva hat wirklich alles getan um die Wohnung gemütlich und wohnlich einzurichten. Mir hat das Interieur sehr gefallen, es war sauber, die Betten bequem und die Lage war sehr praktisch. Auch war es meistens ruhig um uns herum. Eva war gut zu erreichen und brachte uns auf Anfrage prompt einen 2. Ventilator, da die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat. Trotz allem haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.
Leider ist die Beschreibung "Balkon" nach deutschen Maßstäben irreführend. Es handelte sich um einen ebenerdigen schmalen, verglasten "Raum" vor den Schlafzimmern. Das Trocknen der Handtücher und Wäsche war dadurch sehr schwierig, auch reichte der Platz für die Wäsche von 5 Personen nicht aus. Der dahinter liegende Patio gehörte zur Nachbarwohnung. Da die Katze trotz unseres Hundes gerne zu uns reinsprang, schloss die Nachbarin öfter unsere Fenster. Auch alle anderen Fenster führten zu Innenhöfen des Hochhausblocks und machte eine Durchlüftung sehr schwierig. Daher war es nicht verwunderlich, dass das fensterlose Bad ohne Lüftung häufig nach Abfluss roch. Da half auch der Duftspender wenig. Eine schriftliche Anleitung für Müllentsorgung, WLAN Zugang, Umgebung etc. wäre super. Auch sollten mittlerweile ein paar kleinere Reparaturen durchgeführt werden.

La ubicación era ideal, y Eva, la anfitriona muy amable.
El apartamento necesitaba varios arreglos y al ser interior, y estar una venta rota no se podía ventilar bien y al entrar se notaba bochorno.
