Great hotel based on a creative idea

The welcoming and very polite man at the reception desk was willing to help me with everything. I was very impressed by how he cared about my comfort and preferences. The room is smartly designed to be functional yet cosy and comfortable. Room service is fast and high quality. The concept reminded me of my beloved "citizenM" chain.

It would have been great if a card with all hotel numbers were placed in a visible area, so guests wouldn't have to look for an external number to call the restaurant (they may not have a Ukrainian SIM card to make such a call).
