Hotel with great location and very good staff.
Great location. Hotel looks brand new. Very helpful and polite staff. We were able to extend our check-out time (paid) due to bad weather with no problems. Overall hotel vibe was very positive. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to Old Town Nessebar. Amazing view from the rooms to the sea.
Ultra soft bed. Issue for 1/3 in our family. Food choices are very limited. Deserts were ok. Access to hotel parking is not clear on any site or map.

The pool and its surroundings.
I had to put a deposit for pool towels and go get them from the spa and then return them then to get my deposit. It’s such a hassle. The food could have been better.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie,hotel odnowiony,ładne i komfortowe pokoje.Obsluga miła i pomocna,jedynie woda w basenach wewnętrznych była obecnie zimniejsza niż kiedyś. Lokalizacja idealna,spacerkiem do starego miasta.
