    Ms Federica is a very kind person. She provides very detailed information regarding the entrance and any questions about sightseeing recommendations. We arrived by car and found it very convenient that there was a private car park. We were able to explore the Tuscany region very comfortably in our own car. It takes just an 8-minute walk to the tram stop to get to the centre of Florence, and you can reach the centre in 15 minutes. I would particularly recommend this to anyone arriving by car who wishes to explore Florence and the surrounding area. The house is beautifully furnished, clean and well-maintained. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

    Great, well-connected and modern apartment to visit the city center of Florence

    Modern and well-furbished apartment with walking distance to the tramway station that takes you to the Florence city center within 10-15 minutes. Private parking spot behind closed gates to the residence to leave the car. The host Federica is very nice, helpful and takes great care of guests!

    The shower head/ water pressure in the shower was a bit low but seems like a quick fix!
