    Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral und alles um die Ecke. Zu Fuß 15 min vom Strand entfernt. Eigener Balkon. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem gewesen.

    Es ist keine Hausnummer bei der Anfahrt hinterlegt. Ich musste erst mal suchen wo die Rezeption sich befindet. Bettwäsche ist im Preis enthalten. Handtücher und Parkplatz sind nicht im Preis enthalten und zusätzlich zu bezahlen. Es ist eine Kaution von 100 Euro zu hinterlegen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ggf dazu zu buchen. Er kostet 7 Euro pro Tag. Die Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng und nicht auf die Wohnung/ Auto bezogen. Das bedeutet nach einen Ausflug mit dem Auto jeden Tag ein neuen Platz suchen. Das kann sehr spät abends auch der letzte Parkplatz in der letzten Ecke sein, wo man ganz schön rum lenken muss um rein und wieder raus zu kommen. Es ist ein Wohnpark wo es in der woche auch etwas lauter zugehen kann. Müllabfuhr, Grünanlage Pflege usw.

    die Lage, die Sauberkeit, der Balkon, das Bad

    Wir konnten in der Anzeige zur Wohnung nicht erkennen, dass wir kein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett vorfinden würden. Es war überaus schwierig (der Hausmeister musste dafür kommen) ein Schrankbett aufzuklappen. Die Matratze hatte sich verkeilt. Der Raum war dann mit dem Klappbett fast zur Hälfte gefüllt.
