Everything was in perfect
The location is excellent; everything is close by—markets, restaurants, and the train station, which takes you directly to the center of Cologne in just 15 minutes.

Ausstattung schlecht, Lage gut
Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch. Man könnte hier mit wirklich wenig Geld, eine einfache , aber stimmige Wohnung herstellen. Leider hat das nicht geklappt. Die Bilder die auf der Seite zu sehen sind, sind nicht aus einer Wohnung ( wir hatten 2) sondern eine Mischung aus mehreren Wohnungen. Beide Wohnungen sind extrem hellhörig, Spülung, Schritte, duschen... man hört es in der oberen und unteren Wohnung. Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich gegeben. Gläser wurden nicht kontrolliert und von uns gesäubert. Schränke von außen klebrig und dreckig. Das Geschirr ist aus vielen unterschiedlichen Beständen zusammengeworfen worden. Die Ausstattung der oberen Wohnung reichte max für 4 Personen, während die untere Unterkunft nicht einmal Wein- oder Sektgläser besaß. Ablagefläche im Bad war exakt Null. Dort gibt es keinen Haken, keine Fläche nichts dergleichen. Dafür ist der Warmwasserbeuler in der Badewanne, die Elektronik unten offen. Der Spiegelschrank der oberen Wohnung wird durch Gewebeband gehalten, warum nicht abnehmen und einen einfachen Spiegel anbauen? Sieht besser aus und hat die gleiche Funktion. Nachtschränkchen gab es nur in Wohnung 1. Stühle in der unteren Wohnung sind kaputt. Die Tür im Bad ist unten völlig modrig, die wird nur durch den Rest der Farbe zusammengehalten. Für 5 Personen, die sich die Stadt anschauen wollen und nicht in der Wohnung feiern , noch akzeptabel. Aber länger als 2 Nächte wäre es ein ziemliches Ärgernis geworden, wenn schon beim Frühstück nicht alle gleichzeitig essen können, keine Haken für Nasse Handtücher vorhanden sind, Stühle nicht nutzbar sind.
