    Perfekt und sehr zu empfehlen

    Schön ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll, großzügiger, nach Süden ausgerichteter Balkon und gut gelegen. Nette Gastgeber.

    Vor dem Haus, Balkon befindet sich eine große Baustelle; die Arbeit beginnt lautstark um 7.00 Uhr. Für einen Urlaub ist die Wohnung derzeit nicht zu empfehlen. Leider sind wir auch auf einen unangenehmen Vermieter getroffen, der ausgesprochen respektlos agiert hat.

    Absolut Empfehlenswert ❤️

    Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung ist brandneu und wirklich blitzsauber. Alles war top gepflegt. Ja, sie liegt im 3. Stock, aber das war für uns eher ein Plus: kostenloses Fitness-Upgrade inklusive 😉 Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir waren drei Nächte da und hatten einen traumhaften, aktuell noch komplett unverbauten Blick bis zur Frauenkirche. Als Dresdner, die in der Gegend geboren und aufgewachsen sind, war es für uns besonders schön, auf das ( leider ruinöse) Sachsen Bad zu schauen. Mein Mann und ich haben dort beide schwimmen gelernt, da werden Erinnerungen wach! Der Vermieter war super nett und wir sind sofort ins Gespräch gekommen. Sightseeing-Tipps brauchte er uns natürlich nicht geben, da kennen wir uns bestens aus. Wir kommen gern wieder! Mirko und Karin Pusch aus Göppingen
