    Good apartment, good location, but hosts aren't very communicative

    The apartment was clean and had decent facilities, with clear instructions on how to arrive. Location is pretty central and quiet. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Good smart TV.

    The hosts didn't respond when I had a question. I made a minor mistake on my partner's guest card. When I contacted the hosts asking about how I would correct this, I didn't receive any reply, even with a follow up message. An "I don't know" would have been fine, but I just got nothing. Also, we weren't allowed to fold the bed into the sofa for some reason, which meant it was quite uncomfortable watching TV (the bed doesn't have a proper headboard). These were the only two issues, though.

    Goede locatie, maar bed was niet comfortabel

    Het bed was niet comfortabel, het was erg warm en er was niet goed schoon gemaakt. De host een aantal keren gebeld maar deze nam de telefoon niet op.
