  Dissapointing

  I really regret booking this place, and I wouldn't recommend it with a child. I chose it over a hotel because it is described as a "one-bedroom apartment" in the English description. It is not: it's a studio. I had wanted a place to put my child to bed. Further, there is only one physical key given to the property, and there is no way to lock the door from the inside, as the owner has blocked off the bolt. My young child opened the door and ran into the hallway, I chased her, and the door closed behind us, meaning we were locked out. When I called the owner, apologetically, to get back in, he said he had an automatic door-opening system - but when it didn't function he then said he would require 50 Euro in cash, since he would have to come let us back in. He had some odd reasoning about not doing things on the weekend, despite working in hospitality. In addition to other things, this meant I then had to drag my exhausted toddler to the bank - rather than simply a fee being applied via the booking platform, if appropriate. I was lucky I had my phone and wallet, at least! Overall, for 200Euro a night, it was not as advertised, and very disappointing. There was also no welcome information - no wifi password, no information, etc. It felt as though the apartment had been cleaned, but not prepared for our arrival. At check out I received an email with instructions to tidy the apartment in precise ways and that we must put our trash in the bins outside of the apartment or we would incur an additional charge. This is despite the 120 Euro cleaning fee and 35 euro linens fee I already paid with the booking. All together, a decidedly unwelcoming experience. This was a two night stay before I switched to a hotel, as I was visiting the university for work. I regret not just putting us in the hotel from the start. It would have been cheaper and more comfortable. And if we had had a problem with the door, we would have been let back in, no problem.

  Leider konnten uns Komfort und Organisation nicht überzeugen

  Freundlicher Service, Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zu Bus und Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch Bäcker. Gepflegte Wohnung und gutes WLAN. Schnelle Übergabe der Wohnung am Abreisetag, trotz mangelnder Instruktionen für den Aufenthalt (z.B. für die Entsorgung des Mülls). Es gibt eine Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, die man gut nutzen kann

  Das Bett war für uns zu klein und die Matratze zu hart, auch die Schlafcouch war zu unbequem (das haben andere Gäste auch zutreffend bewertet). Zudem hat der Lattenrost bei jeder Bewegung dauerhaft gequietscht, was den Schlafkomfort erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Auch können wir die Bewertungen anderer Gäste nachvollziehen, dass die Schlafmöglichkeit im Verhältnis zum verfügbaren Bewegungsraum rund um das Bett zu klein ausfällt. Besonders negativ empfanden wir die Kommunikation bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe. Vor Ort erhielten wir keine ausreichenden Informationen und mussten das Versteck für den Schlüssel eigenständig suchen. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche per WhatsApp war der Vermieter am Tag der Ankunft ab 20:30 Uhr leider nicht mehr erreichbar. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch, dass wir im Nachgang eine freundliche Entschuldigung erhalten haben. Außerdem standen im Badezimmer keine Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo zur Verfügung, was wir bei einer Unterkunft dieser Art erwartet hätten. Bei offenem Fenster viel Lärm durch Autos und Passanten
