    Great location, a lot to improve

    - Great location, in walking distance of the center of Wernigerode - Free street parking, although limited. - Convenience of a washing machine

    - The place was dirty when we arrived, we have a toddler that crawls around and we have never experienced a dirtier floor than this in a rental apartment. Also the toilet still had stains from the previous guests and we found crisps in multiple locations, the cleaners shouldn’t have missed. Also after a, supposed, second visit of the cleaners we couldn’t notice any improvement and did it ourselves. The rental team didn’t bother to check it themselves. - The apartment building and grounds are not well maintained. E.g. loose tiles in the garden, shabby dirty hallways, outside walls were probably painted for the last time in 1960. - No hooks for your towels in the bathroom - Holes in the window screens let insects into the warm apartment - Very budget equipment, because it seems all of the budget went into the PlayStation 5 E.g. small travel hairdryer that doesn’t do anything, cheap vacuum cleaner that is broken.

    Alles in einem wird Wernigerode uns wieder treffen aber definitiv nicht in dieser Wohnung

    Sie war ganz nett eingerichtet. Wernigerode ist echt toll

    Es waren viele Dinge defekt. Fenster, Fliegengitter, Lüfter vom Bad. Die Bewegungsmelder sind super lange eingestellt und sind nicht manuell ausschaltbar. Es ist eine PlayStation vorhanden, aber keine Spiele. Staubsauger war defekt. Auch ist anzubringen, dass der Kontakt grauenhaft war. Zuerst dachten wir sogar, das es Betrüger sind. Es ist auch eine Spezielle Kaffeemaschine vorhanden (Senseo) was nicht nicht in der Anzeihe offensichtlich war. Das Badezimmer war super dreckig. War sehr irritierend war: Auf dem Zetteln in der Küche wurde auf das kostenlose Parkticket hingewiesen. Das haben wir nicht gefunden und haben uns dann an den Eigentümer gewendet. Als Antwort gab es dann das es irgendwo in der Wohnung liegt. 10 min später kam ne Nachricht das es keinen gibt . Wir haben Nachrichten bekommen das wir Müll richtig trennen sollen (es ist aber nur eine Tonne vorhanden) wir haben es dann mitgebrachten Beuteln aber getrennt. Zudem wir nochmal eine Kaution und auch Kurtaxen separat eingefordert. Die Kaution haben wir ca 8 Tage später zurück bekommen.
