    Die Bauarbeiten haben die Erholung deutlich eingeschränkt. Ohne diese wäre die Wohnung okay gewesen.

    Ruhige Lage, Blick auf hohe Bäume vom Balkon aus - wenn nicht gerade die Handwerker das Dach und die Fassade sanieren und der Balkon eingerüstet ist ... Tiefgaragenplatz!

    Toilette alt und geruchsanfällig. Eine Spülmaschine und ein Bügelbrett fehlt, und würde die Wohnung deutlich aufwerten. Da selbst gespült werden muss, hatten unsere Vorgänger es mit ihrem Spülen nicht so genau genommen und wir fanden benutztes Geschirr im Schrank vor. Einen Tag vor der Anreise kam eine Mail von der Wohnungsvermittlung, dass es kurzfristige Bauarbeiten gäbe und das Haus eingerüstet und der Balkon nur eingeschränkt nutzbar ist. Man bot uns einen Betrag X als Entschädigung. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass die Dach- und Fassadenarbeiten bereits seit April (!) stattfanden. Die Wohnung hätte aus Gründen der Fairness nie vermietet werden dürfen. In den nächsten Wochen kommt noch eine PV-Anlage auf das Dach.

    Sehr ruhige Lage, Aussicht in den Garten, ins Grüne. Personal sehr entgegenkommend, Da mein Zug erst um 14 Uhr ging, wurde der check-out freundlicherweise von 10:00 auf 12:00 Uhr verschoben.
