Honest review to be aware about this property
The place is in a great location with large apartments, private parking, a small garden behind the house, and a lovely river nearby. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. However, I would like to give an honest review. The property does not have air conditioning. They provided a small portable AC unit, but it was not sufficient, especially considering how hot Austria has been recently. There is also no cleaning service included, even for longer stays such as 10 nights; cleaning costs an additional €100. Because the property is located next to the river, there were quite a few spiders and flies. Guests are also expected to wash their own towels, as towel service is not provided. Additionally, the property does not offer the Kaprun Summer Card, which may be a disadvantage for visitors planning activities in the area.
. No AC at the apartment . No cleaning service provided . The photo of the swimming pool is not at the property. . Pest control is not showing

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Es gab alles was man braucht.
