    La pulizia,un optional!

    L'appartamento e molto bello,curato,di design e ben insonorizzato. Offre il servizio internet, aria climatizzata ,una smart tv cassaforte e un set per preparare la colazione in autonomia. Non è vicinissimo al centro di Ortigia(circa 1km)

    Non metto mai recensioni negative,ma la pulizia è stata veramente pessima. Abbiamo passato 6 notti al Ficopala suites e l'appartamento è stato pulito solo una volta,nonostante,sul sito era precisato che sarebbe stato pulito quotidianamente. Stesso discorso vale anche per il cambio degli asciugamani e la carta igienica. Abbiamo anche mandato un messaggio via WhatsApp ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Tengo a precisare che abbiamo lasciato attaccato alla porta il cartellino "pulire la camera" 4 volte su 6.

    La chambre était top, le lit tellement confortable et la salle de bain très agréable. Le petit plus: la petite piscine privative.

    Bon séjour

    Très bien décoré, très propre et confort à 15 min à pied du centre Hôte réactif

    Je pensais pouvoir accéder à une piscine (même non privée) - la piscine est seulement avec la chambre supérieur
