Disappointing lead to canceling third day
What breakfast ..? Clean and some equipment new but unprepared to accommodate renter needs ..
Wi-Fi had changed for complex .. no notification to renters of required changes .. No service/help first day and a half - prevented access plans & reservations .. both bedrooms No provision for suitcases .. first bedroom No functional closet .. soap provisions a joke .. towels no stored in bathrooms .. in short not ready for renter needs

Comfortable, clean great location for Hilton Head Wine Weekend!!
Great Location and easy access at the guard gate. Good communication with directions for entry. we had no issues and the condo is very clean and comfortable. Decor is great -- we enjoyed it very much
it was listed but I must have missed it when booking - this is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator so if you have a disability or hip issue like me it can be a little daunting.
