    Host & Apartment Fabulous. Logistics need to be fully understood., Taxi Service less than optimum.

    Everything was as described at the property. We were met by a super nice Lady who went over everything. The Apartment is tastefully appointed with everything one might need. We had a wonderful stay and it was made better by the host greeting us to make us feel welcome. It rained and the host provide us with Umbrellas.

    The logistics. The bus does NOT go into the center near the train station and the time it took to get to the center took longer than we liked. The taxi service is spotty and not fully reliable. They rely on the app and dispatch 10 minutes before booking time. Additionally, they driver can cancel if they feel it's not worth it. We didn't know if we'd get to the Airport on time when departing and the Taxi Driver inflated the cost by 30% but I didn't want to get in a beef with him.

    What a great stay! Loved the apartement, had everythong we required and more. Easy transit to Florence, and away from the crowds. Would re recommend it to everyone who wants a quite stay. Thanks a lot.
