excelente hotel
siempre me ha gustado el hotel en general, pero la atención del personal es especial y la limpieza de las habitaciones
no me gusto el ruido que generaron unos jovenes alojados a dos habitaciones de la mía que estuvieron oyendo music¿ca de banda desde las 12 de la noche a las 6 de la mañana y pese a que lo reporte a la recepción, no hicieron caso y jamas les llamaron la atención, debemos ser mas respetuosos como huéspedes del sueño y descanso de los demás, pero el personal del hotel debería hacer algo ante esas situaciones.

Localização e conforto do quarto.
Shuttle para me levar do aeroporto para o hotel não era regular, pelo que tive de apanhar taxi.

Absolutely not worth it
The bed was comfortable and the bar staff were great.
The front desk staff treated us with so much apathy we thought maybe we had done something wrong. Dismissive and really unhelpful for simple things. Wifi was really, really bad and we found a disgusting used washcloth in the bed. On the 2nd night, there was a ton of noise coming from the roof (like banging). The restaurant food was really bad and impossibly expensive. We were really disoriented because typically the booking.com ratings are pretty accurate but this was billed as a 5 star (9.2 when we booked) and the only thing that was even close to that standard was the bed (before we found the dirty washcloth in it ...)
