It is comfortable. It has a shuttle to the airport. It's connected to a mall that sells all sorts of supplies that you might want to get and various food court places
I woke up with a cramp, one in the morning. That's my problem. It's something to do with altitude, losing sodium. It's really high here in Mexico City. So be sure to have fluids, but also salt. If you are thirsty in water's not taking care of your thirst, you may be low in salt. And get cramps, and now that I'm awake, I hear someone snoring, really loud. Next door so the walls are not as thick as they could be. But otherwise it's quiet, if not for that. And I always carry music and isometric and other tones, and I will be having to use that. Now to go back to sleep, i'm used to that. When you travel, you do have noise. Sometimes whether dogs or roosters or snoring drunkards. But I'm not unhappy, I got some. Salt packets from a kitchen staff and I'll put on my wait noise and go back to sleeping.

NO LO RECOMIENDO POR UBICACIÓN Y MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE
La ubicación es mala, la entrada al hotel está en un estacionamiento escondido y hay que ingresar a la plaza para poder llegar, si no conoces te pierdes...además está ubicado en una zona de mucho tráfico de coches cerca de la Central de Abastos de Iztapalapa. Si pides un UBER para ir al aeropuerto no llegan pues la entrada del hotel no es visible para nadie. En recepción no nos apoyaron cuando preguntamos cómo podíamos programar el transporte al aeropuerto, nos dijo que la opción es caminar a la vialidad (bastante lejos considerando que llevábamos muchas maletas para el viaje); nos comentó el chico de recepción que él no construyó el Hotel y que no era su responsabilidad. Incluyen transporte gratuito al aeropuerto cada hora pero se encuentra saturado y las opciones que dan son en horarios poco adecuados como 4 am. Habían varias personas en la misma situación que nosotros y el hotel se deslinda de responsabilidad, incluso no hay personal de apoyo si llevas mucho equipaje.
