  The apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean and in an excellent location next to Nea Chora beach and hordes of great seafood restaurants along the seafront. Eirini also left us a full fridge of breakfast goodies and a bottle of wine which were very much appreciated. Her lovely son met us on arrival and gave us some great recommendations. We had a hire car so having parking was fantastic. One of the very best places we have stayed. Thanks so much for everything. We will be back!!

  Very nice apartment with all the amenities needed - walking distance to old town and restaurants

  Someone met me at the entrance.

  Property advertised private parking - however that is limited to 2 spaces

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Filia luxury apartments It was stocked with food and condiments which was a lovely touch It was clean and comfortable and a 1 min walk to the beach and 10 mins into the old town

  A lovely, quiet apartment in a perfect location, right beside Nea Chora beach and a great selection of restaurants, with Chania Old Town only a short walk away. What really took our stay to the next level was the host, who gave us a warm welcome with a stocked fridge that made us feel right at home, and was also very accommodating at the time of our check-out.

  Un petit appartement exceptionnel à Chania.

  C'est une location rare. En effet, le frigo était particulièrement rempli pour assurer un petit déjeuner pendant tout notre séjour avec en plus une bouteille de vin et 6 bouteilles d'un demi litre d'eau au frais. C'est la première fois que nous sommes si bien accueillis. L'appartement lui même est récent, avec une agréable chambre, un salon /cuisine parfaitement équipé, deux écrans de télévision, plaque de cuisson, micro onde, machine à laver, grille pain, bouilloire et ustensiles de cuisine. Un balcon avec fauteuils , chaises et petite table, salle de bain parfaite aussi. La climatisation efficace, l'éclairage abondant, accès par ascenseur privatif, place de parking privée juste dans l'entrée de l'immeuble... Et sans oublier Irini ! si gentille et accueillante. Enfin, c'est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants du front de mer ( avec deux petits supermarchés) La vieille ville et le port vénitien sont à environ 20 minutes/30 minutes à pied. Bonus, en direction de les vieilles ville, non loin de l'appartement , sur la droite, un excellent petit restaurant, "FAMA"
