  A wonderful owner of a pleasant apartment with a sea view.

  The best thing about Filippos's apartment is Filippos himself! A wonderful, warm-hearted man who truly cares about his guests! Generous and always smiling! This unique individual brought us farm-fresh eggs, cake, and water! He even provided a second set of keys when we asked. The apartment is compact, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a truly lovely view from the terrace. It is suitable for two people. The pillows and mattress were comfortable. Since we are somewhat larger people, the bed was a bit small for us, but we resolved the situation by having my husband sleep on the sofa. Filippos recommended "Mr. George's," a fantastic seafood restaurant located right next to the apartment. We highly recommend it—fresh fish prepared in an exceptional way! Evia is a peaceful island; there aren't many tourists, the sea is clean, and the people are kind and charming.

  We have a few minor points that we think can be quickly fixed! The shower hose is too thick and stiff, making it awkward to use. Also, apart from the bathroom cabinet mirror, there is no full-length mirror. We have faith in the enthusiasm of the wonderful owner, Filippos, and believe he will address these issues. Everything else is excellent.

  Cazarea a fost extraordinară, cu vedere la mare, iar despre proprietar numai de bine..ospitalier și foarte atent cu nevoile oaspeților.

  Exceptional

  Locație excelenta, camera cu dimensiuni generoase, vedere superbă la mare aflată la 2 pași, taverne foarte bune și cafenele la câteva zeci de metri, parcare sigura pentru autoturism peste drum de pensiune. Gazda, Filippos, de nota 10, ne-a pregătit peste la gratar, prins de el, și ne-a servit cu prajituri grecesti.

  Amazing hospitality from Filippos, we are already thinking about when to return next year!

  We ended up coming quite late, past the time we had told Filippos initially - but he met us so warmly despite our delay and we felt immediately at home. The next morning he even brought us some breakfast things. Would whole heartedly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay. You can hear the sea from the apartments, a small beach is literally a stones throw away. So relaxing to fall asleep to. Thank you Filippos :)
