    La vue, le jardin, les agrumes, le roof top, l'endroit est magique

    Le système de verrou électronique connecté, avec les mails de 3 expéditeurs différents assez compliqué pour s'y retrouver.

    Finc Casa Yaya ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, auf El Teide als auch die Umgebung. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand, ist funktional als auch umfangreich ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Sehr schön ebenso die verschiedenen Terrassen, die kaum Wünsche offen lassen.

    Die Ersteinrichtung des elektronischen Zugang für das Einfahrtstor war mit etwas Aufwand verbunden und funktionierte während des Aufenthaltes nicht immer umgehend.

    The perfect place for a tranquil retreat in the nature

    The location and the view are to die for. The house is amazing on a large plot of land you have access too. The land has fruit trees. There's a wrap around terrace and a sun roof terrace too. There is another smaller property next door but the configuration is so that you can easily have complete privacy. There's a fireplace in the house and a BBQ outside. Really the perfect place for a tranquil retreat in the nature. Internet is very fast and stable for those who would like to work remotely (we worked and had no problems)

    The road to get up there is very steep and with a basic car rental (low class) we struggled a bit - we had to select alternative/longer routes on Google map and that made it easier. Bedding and towels could be refreshed. There are other things that could be improved, it's not perfect, but then again this was exactly the rustic feel I was expecting.
