The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it themselves; otherwise, a €150 charge will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. Der Pool war groß und tief. Es gab genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Ausstattung in der Küche, keine/wenig Spülmittel, Schwämme, wenig Besteck. Zudem haben u.A. Seife, Feuerzeug für den Grill haben gefehlt, welches wir selbst einkaufen mussten.

Great location just outside Pollença — clean, spacious, and quiet at night. We were there for cycling and it was perfectly located for our routes. No noise, great sleep, would definitely stay again.
The kitchen had absolutely nothing left over — no salt, oil, or basic staples — so you'll need to buy everything from scratch on arrival. Understandable if that's the policy, but worth knowing in advance so you can stock up on the way in.

Great place/base for a family of four!
A lovely property and the location was great, only 35- 40 minutes drive from the airport and easy to visit other locations from here. Great size of pool and quiet location. The management company were easy to contact, very nice and quick to respond.
Kitchen and equipment looked a bit cheap/tired. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Be prepared to take your garbage to the main bins off property ca. 1 km away. We would have appreciated sufficient dishwasher and washing tablets included for the duration of stay. Maybe provision of additional, different sized sealed containers (to avoid invasion of ants!!)

Genoten van de rust en de omgeving. Pollenca en Port Pollenca zijn relatief rustige plekken zelfs in het hoog seizoen. B
De rust en de ruimte en het grote zwembad
Had allemaal wat schoner gemogen. Zowel de keuken spullen en het zwembad was toch wel groen uitgeslagen. Veel beetjes, mieren, muggen, wespen, gekko poep op het bed, en een kakkerlak gezien…..
