  Pleasant and calm stay

  Private rental, very close to nature, clean and hosts were sweet. We arrived late but it was no issue and Simon was waiting for us with smile.

  Heerlijk genoten!

  Zeer rustig gelegen tegen het Nationale Park aan, voorzien van alle gemakken. Meer dan voldoende binnen- en buitenruimte met buiten maar liefst 6 verschillende plaatsten om te gaan zitten/liggen. Erg goed uitgeruste keuken en ruime bad- en slaapkamer. Alhoewel het geen ingebouwd zwembad betreft (daar krijgen ze geen toestemming voor) is het opbouw zwembad uitstekend bevallen! De zeer aardige verhuurders wonen er zelf ook, maar je hebt door een eigen binnenplaats 100% privacy. Restaurants/bars vlakbij in Yunquera en goede supermarkt en leuke wandelpaden in de buurt bij El Burgo.

  Rustig gelegen wil ook zeggen verder weg van de hoofdweg, er leidt een lang beton/gravel pad naar de woning maar is prima berijdbaar. Het uitzicht waarvoor wij mede geboekt hadden viel wat tegen door de volle begroeiing. Dit werd ook gelijk door de eigenaresse onderkend en zou worden opgelost. Het hield als voordeel wel goed de wind tegen waardoor wij tot 's avonds laat buiten konden zitten. Er is zo goed als geen mobiele netwerkontvangst, maar Wifi bereik was prima.

  Sehr empfehlenswert!

  Die Gastgeber sind extrem sympathisch und hilfreich! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, super sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist natürlich ein willkommenes Highlight im Sommer. Wer Entspannung und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Und dennoch kann man sehr gut zu zahlreichen touristischen Attraktionen fahren. Man benötigt natürlich ein Auto.

  Un lugar para disfrutar en la Sierra de las Nieves

  Es un sitio ideal para desconectar y descansar, a la vez que cercano para realizar rutas espectaculares por el parque natural. Los anfitriones están siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad.La casa tiene mucho encanto y no le falta un detalle . Nos sorprendió que en plena ola de calor dentro de la casa se estaba super fresquito y se dormía genial. Super.

  a perfect place

  We had such an amazing stay in the house of Mhairi and Simon. They are very welcoming and we really felt at home in their beautiful place. The house is perfect, a spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The garden and outside area are beautiful. Lots of delicious smelling plants and herbs and the calming sound of (bumble)bees. Instant holiday feeling. Location wise also perfect, the view from the terrace and the garden is beautiful. It is so quiet and peaceful. You can make a walk from the house to the national park. And although the house is a little bit remote, the villages nearby offer everything you need. Also a perfect place for a couple of daytrips (Ronda, Coast, Malaga). You clearly feel the house and garden are renovated with a lot of thought and love.
