    The villa is large and spacious, providing plenty of room for guests. The bedrooms are generously sized, as are the bathrooms. The villa benefits from a large outdoor space, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy the property. The pool area is spacious and is a particularly attractive feature of the villa.

    We were very disappointed with the standard of maintenance and upkeep of the villa. During our stay, we identified a significant number of issues involving broken, damaged or poorly maintained furnishings, equipment and fixtures. While some issues were addressed when reported, the number of problems encountered suggests that the property was not adequately inspected and maintained prior to our arrival. Guests should not be required to identify and report basic maintenance issues during their holiday. We had a significant issue with the sun beds. Six of the eight sunbeds were found to be broken. This was particularly disappointing given that the sunbeds are an important part of the outdoor facilities. We were advised that, due to the end of the season and stock availability, they could not be replaced during our stay. In addition both parasols were defective. One had a broken base/wheel, while the other would not remain upright. The latter was temporarily repaired by the maintenance man using a piece of cardboard/paper. I did receive a small amount of compensation for the issues however I would have preferred the sun beds & parasols to have been replaced (as I explained to the host at the time).
