    Good location, private

    Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and I would not recommend this property to families with children. A plastic plank around the swimming pool was already cracked and broke when our child stepped on it, exposing sharp metal parts and creating a serious safety risk. We paid to repair it ourselves, but the landlord still refused to return our €200 cash deposit. Booking.com eventually refunded us after they were unable to resolve the matter with the landlord. The property also had a serious ant problem, the fridge was not cooling properly, the air-conditioning remote did not work, and one bedroom had no AC at all. The advertised child’s bed was broken and had no mattress or blanket. The house was dusty and the floors were not properly cleaned on arrival. Communication with the landlord was extremely difficult, and when we eventually met, the discussion became rude and confrontational, causing unnecessary stress to our family. We were also required to pay an additional €138 ECO charge, which was not clearly advertised when we booked. Too many issues with safety, cleanliness, facilities and communication. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
