    Had a great time staying here! The property was very unique, cool, functional, and comfortable. Could've easily spent more time there to enjoy the different areas of the property like outdoor dining on the rooftop deck that we didn't get to (there was a very new grill as of our stay in August 2026). Morning sunrises over the surrounding vineyards with coffee in hand was still great. Excellent location right by La Lomita winery (which had our favorite wines from our multi-winery tasting tour we did) is within walking distance. The homespun pool was also a great bonus since we were there on a very hot weekend. Didn't get to use the supplied fire pits since it was really hot. Overall, everything was great, well furnished, comfortable, and easy communication with the host. As most everyone has probably figured out by now, VdG roads once you're in the middle of the valley are dirt, rocky, and bumpy so having some kind of SUV or truck is key, so note that is all!

    Perfect home !!!!

    This house is really one of a kind. Great location, excellent views, very quiet and peaceful, cozy, so comfortable, difficult to describe all the amenities and good taste, just perfect !!!

    Great place! Just be mindful of the roads in and out

    The property was super comfortable and in a good location relative to nearby restaurants and wineries. We were able to walk to one michelin recommended restaurant and one nice winery.

    I didn't like how difficult it was to get to the property. Some roads no longer exist and routes on the dirt trail can be quite bumpy and hard on a vehicle that isn't a truck or SUV.
