Décevant !!!
La propreté, l'espace
Le manque de confort permanent, tous les équipements sont de très basse qualité et anciens, les lits, le " salon de jardin " ,les bains de soleil impossible de se poser confortablement quelque part. D'autres part le harcèlement permanent par les mouches, on en a tué plus de 700 en 5 jours alors que nous n'étions à la maison qu'à partir de 18h. J'en ai compté jusqu'à 20 sur mes pieds. La vue n'est également pas ce que l'on attendait, elle donne sur un vieux bassin de récupération d'eau et est obstruée par un vieux grillage dans un état déplorable. Pour finir la piscine pèle, le fond se disloque et la ligne d'eau était déguelasse in à dû essayer de la récupérer un peu avant de se baigner Bref on est loin de ce que l'on peut attendre d'une location à ce prix et de ce à quoi on s'attend en regardant les photos.

Great place to call home on holiday
Nice and peaceful away from the main roads, located on the top of a hill inbetween banana and other fruit plantatios with its own private driveway sharing a driveway woth a slightly larger villa. Very clean and well maintained throughout. The letting agent and owner where both great, fast to respond to any queries, or issues (the main private entrance gate came of the rail due to the exposed location and strong winds that day), we got back and the owner was leaveing having already fixing it in little over an hour! The owner even gave us a lift to the taxi point in Alcala after leaving our car at the hotel of our friends wedding, he was working on the other villa by chance one day and saw us walking as he owns both villas. The road to the villa is very steep for around 1k, a hire car is essential as taxi drivers didnt know where it was without showing them on maps. Modern and functional, great pool and it is larger than it looks on the pictures throughout. We will definitely return next time we visit the island.
No air con but wasn't an issue with the breeze up and over the hillside so the villa soon cools down. Quite a lot of tiny ants around the kitchen but this is to be expected in the relatively remote location and plantations. No bites etc of any kind so again no real issue.

Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön - modern, hell und mit viel Platz. Betten, Küche und Bäder sind top.
Das Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich zu erreichen. Der Aussenbereich ist leider nicht schön. Der Zaun ist wirklich unschön - es stört der Ausblick und das Ambience. Das fake Rasen rund um der Pool ist schrecklich, und der Pool (leider viel kleiner als im Bild) und Pooldeckung braucht dringend ein Erneuerung.
