    We had stayed at Easter and booked again for this break. We will definitely be looking to book again

    Location. Parking space. Clean and modern. Provided with everything you need (towels, etc). Washing machine. Staff really helpful and accommodating including both office via email and staff in the building (cleaning/maintenance team) Dog friendly

    Perfect choice for Filey

    We couldn't think of anywhere better to stay for visiting Filey, right in the centre,with free parking. It almost felt like we were the first guests staying there, as it was so pristine!. It is quite a steep walk down to the beach, and stairs going up to the apartment, but for us it was great, as we like to be within walking distance to restaurants etc.

    Couldn't fault anything!

    Comfy and perfect.

    The place is lovely with nice easy to use appliances and rooms. It is slightly fancier than you would expect which is a nice surprise. You couldn't find a single cobweb, it is clean and tied with very comfy bed and sofas all around very pleasant stay.

    Nothing the place is amazing. It gets very warm sometimes but a big fan is supplied, but maybe more ways to cool down. Also a soundbar for tvs might be a good investment as the audio can be quite bad.
