    Excellent location

    Property was in an excellent location, right in the middle of Ripon with a view of the market square. It was a good size all round and although it was on the market square it was still quiet

    Would have preferred a walk in shower, but the shower in the bath was nice and powerful.

    Location with parking on site. Comfortable amenities.

    Access drive needs hedge trimming to provide clear access for cars without contact with hedge
