Lovely views
Loved the sea views - stunningly gorgeous Thank you for the tea and biscuits. Location is great as has parking but the slope down to the street is very steep- we coped but others with mobility disability may struggle.
I think a grab rail in the shower would make it safer with using the shower. A welcome folder would gives us an idea of the accommodation such as WiFi details and heating etc. The staircase hand rail is slightly wobbly. We both have developing mobility issues but overall we loved staying in st ives and would love to come back.

The apartment had every thing you needed. Bed was comfortable and big. The lounge furniture was also so comfortable. The place was spotless. The free little touches were fabulous, like tea coffee tray. Washing up liquid and washing and softener for machine. Toilet rolls, kitchen rolls. Everything to get you started if you'd forgotten things also soap and shampoo/ conditioner. The water pressure it fantastic and takes seconds to heat up. The shower is a power shower, fabulous. The view was of the sea and roof tops over St Ives.
I didn't like the location, way up hills. When it said it was so far from the beach and town I was thrilled until I got there. The scale was correct as the crow flies but would be a different story if the crow had walked. It was literally down hill after hill, and of course up hill after hill coming back. But the good news is it's around a fiver by taxi and well worth it after a big meal in the town. We got a taxi twice and both times the drivers were really nice and friendly, they were from A1 not far from the church in the town just up from the beach. I know it's not there fault where it's located up a hill but maybe they could of shed some light on it as a warning to people especially with ailments. The outside space was a very shabby boring terrace that needed a dramatic face lift. There was parking but the ground was full of holes and loose gravel and up a very steep drive, not the best at all.
