    Lovely house, quiet location, handy for exploring.

    Well equipped, especially if staying with children. Comfortable and pratical for pet. Decor lovely, especially the children's bunk bed room. Short trip to Widemouth beach, close to Bude facilities. Easy parking for two. Two living spaces worked for us as a multi-generational family group.

    No spare bin liner - had to buy a roll. Likewise, there was a washing up sponge but no cloth to wipe surfaces so had to buy pack. Worktop is white and prone to staining - made tea on a board to save surface. We were 6 people in accommodation that can host 10 but we ran out of toilet roll (usually travel with extra but forgot on this occasion). Warm air heat source heating - controller/instructions - not simple/effective - couldn't get the autumn evening chill out of the house.

    Quiet location, good-sized house, parking excellent, beach towels provided.

    Renovation and furnishing/equipment standards felt a little bit stingy for the rental rate. E.g., plumbing a bit dodgy (common shower room upstairs barely working), kitchen very basic although servicable.

    Lovely spacious home & garden for all 9 of us which had everythingyou could want! Very close to Bude, the kids did not want to leave, We will be back!!
