    a stunning apartment in a great location

    as oldies we would have benefited from a grab rail in both showers and slip mats as I recall the description didn't mention the staircase linking the two levels fortunately we are still agile enough to negotiate stairs

    Don't delay, get booking

    Location perfect for arrival on train and then walking into city centre. Beautiful apartment. Very clean and everything needed for your stay. Roomy and very comfortable. The balcony was added bonus. Communication was excellent and was great to know if you needed anything, it would have been no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will again.

    There was nothing that made it a poor stay. There were a few things needing attention, odd jobs per say. Blinds not opening fully, a wardrobe that gets stuck on runner. There were couple others that were fully communicated with ahead of arrival that had taken place from previous people staying. Again nothing that impacted negatively, but if all fixed, would take the apartment from great to amazing.

    Location good.

    The location was good and it was easy to walk to the shops and attractions.

    Broken items (hall radiator, bathroom towel rail loose, tv not working on arrival, shower drain in en-suite was broken) and hand written notes in various places around the apartment. No welcome pack (milk etc). Common areas of the building untidy and not very welcoming, buckets catching leaks from the roof. Rather too many arrival emails and texts.
