    Fabulous meal

    We had an amazing meal, everyone was very welcoming and the meal exceptional! We cannot recommend the restaurant enough. We will definitely have to stay next time we are visiting Edinburgh. It was lovely to be able to have a look around at the engine room and the ballroom with all the Christmas decorations.

    One night's sufficient.

    Nice enough room. AMAZING reputation (Royalty stay there, you know!). Extremely disappointing dinner. Breakfast nice. Nowhere to wait for a taxi in the pouring rain.

    Brilliant place to stay.

    From the moment we boarded we were made to feel very welcome. Staff were very pleasant and polite. We only booked a classic cabin but were not disappointed . The attention to detail was very good. We went to the bar for a cocktail , which my husband throughly enjoyed. We didn’t eat on board. Had a very comfortable nights sleep, then a very enjoyable breakfast. Would definitely come back here.

    Very Special!

    We had dinner in the private dining room for my husband’s 70th Birthday celebration. The whole experience was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious, the staff incredibly attentive a big shout for Andrea who cooked for us, she’s amazing! Everything about this boat is about style and luxury, the decor, the ambiance, the food and the staff all very memorable. We would highly recommend Fingal, a truly magical experience. Thank you for making our event unique and special.
