They only provide one electronic key card per room—apparently because they’ve had issues with theft, so they refuse to issue a second one. If Meiri goes outside to smoke, I’m left without any lights in the room—total darkness. Alternatively, if the key stays in the room, I can’t shower or do anything else until he returns and I let him in. There’s no bottled mineral water, which you’d find even in the most basic hotel; instead, there’s just a large water bottle that was filled from the tap in the shower. The Wi-Fi disconnects every few hours, requiring me to log back in each time—and in the meantime, my mobile data gets used up.

Wir haben uns sieben Tage über das Hotel geärgert und ärgern uns auch heute noch.
Das Deluxe Doppelzimmer war ein Dachzimmer mit Schrägen. Man mußte teilweise gebückt gehen. Um sich im Badspiegel zu sehen, mußte man in die Knie gehen. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank. Wir mußten eine ganze Woche aus dem Koffer leben. In der Buchungsbestätigung wurden Ankleidezimmer, Schrank, Bademantel, Hauschuhe versprochen. Nichts von dem war vorhanden. Als Frühstück wurde sieben Tage eine Etagere mit dem gleichen Aufschnitt gereicht. Für ein Spiegelei hätte man extra bezahlen müssen. Die Werbung für dieses Hotel ist gelinde ausgedrückt unseriös.
