Two days before our arrival , we received a communication that the host couldn't accept us our reservation due to his mistake (other guests reserved the apartment on a local website and there has been a missing sync between the reservations). The most annoying thing was that we reserved the apartment long time ago but the priority went to somebody else (probably because they booked for longer period). I am sorry to give bad reviews but this is done in order to be aware of this risk and for the host to not repeat the same mistake again. The whole thing made our journey to khujand pretty stressing. I gave a 4 and not a 1 only because after my upset messages , the host tried to find us another accomodation which at the end we managed to book and pay last minute ourself. P.s.last thing ... the host told me that I am strange "guest" when I said to him that i wouldn't have considered fair to pay the (small)difference between his apartment and the new last minute accomodation

Very nice apartment, close to the center and everything of interest. The apartment has everything you possibly need, and actually looks different but even better than in the pictures shown. The owner is very helpful, constantly stays in contact with you via whatsapp, and helps you with any questions you have regarding anything. The best value for money apartment in Khujand by far.
All was good
