A great apartment in an even better location! The staff were very helpful and the apartment was beautiful. The view from the main bedroom was even better than expected. The perfect stay for my family of five.

Great location with an epic view in a cozy apartment.
Location could not be better, the view of the duomo at night was breath taking. The beds were comfortable.
The description doesn't call out that the "master" is the two twin beds, that's quite odd and unexpected, people plan around these type of details. I know it's an old building but things like door handles not working well are easy fixes.

The location was amazing and we were grateful for the elevator since it is on the 5th floor and we were traveling with an older generation >60 years. The views were spectacular. I liked the beds for my kids. It can be difficult to find apartments with twins beds for kids. The staff was amazing and came to help when we accidently pushed the emergency stop button and didn't know it. We loved
The door handle in one of the bathrooms broke off. The one bathroom toilet wasn't clean. It would have been nice if we were shown how to use the washing machine as it was not intuitive if you are from the US.

Lots of historical and artisitic sites. Great restaurants and shopping.
A membr of our party arrived before the designated check in time. A rep met her and gave her the key. Then gave her a map and pointed out interesting sites to see.
It's 5 flights of steps and the elevator is very slow.
